]Stress is a fact of life. There is no way to escape it. But you can learn to use stress to your advantage. In this workshop you will learn to harness the energy provided by the stressful situation and turn it into solutions that will lower your anxiety. At the beginning of this workshop you will list the 3 most stressful situations you face. By the end of it you will design solutions to those problems that will lower your anxiety and make you more effective.
This workshop will enable you to:
- Understand the difference between stress and anxiety.
- Learn the physiology of anxiety.
- Control the thoughts that drive your anxiety.
- Develop an action plan to reduce anxiety in your life in the upcoming months.
- Reinforce the lessons through activities and discussion groups.
