Surveys

Game Changing Surveys

At ILS we offer both qualitative and quantitative surveys to help you gain a better understanding of the mindset of your employees and/or customers.

Engagement surveys:

Research has repeatedly shown that highly engaged employees are critical to the success of your business.  With that in mind ILS has created this tool to help assess the level of engagement in your business.  The ILS Engagement Survey is a quantitative and qualitative data-collection tool intended to collect responses from employees at any organizational level with the intention of measuring engagement parameters. Parameters include Communication, Job/Role Satisfaction, Respect, Empowerment, Trust, Accountability, and Leadership. The survey includes approximately 30 to 90 quantitative questions, with length determined by consultation with leadership, and 4 open-ended response questions for specific feedback. The survey is administered via Microsoft Forms, analyzed by one of our consultants, and submitted as an Executive Summary report alongside a list of the survey questions for reference. The Executive Summary can be debriefed in person with your organization’s ILS consultant or received by email to be distributed among relevant parties.

Qualitative surveys:

ILS also offers live qualitative surveys that explore the mindset of your employees/and or customers.  To do this we work with you to decide which segment of your employees or customers you would like to survey.  We randomly sample that identified population and conduct virtual, one-hour interviews with each participant to ask them questions that we have worded with your assistance.  Some examples of those questions might be:

  1. What do you like most about working here?
  2. What do you like least?
  3. What one thing could your management team do to make this a better place to work?

In those interviews we assure each individual that their answers are confidential.  After all the interviews are completed, we then compile the answers and write an executive summary that will include suggestions as to how to respond to those questions based upon our wealth of experience.  Past experience with the information gathered from these surveys has shown that the results can be game changers for the organizations that have employed us to use them.
