Rebecca A. Morrissey, Ph.D.

Independent Contractor – Leadership Consultant

Becky earned a B.A. in Psychology from The College at Brockport – SUNY, earned an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, and has spent the past 15+ years working with individuals of all ages (infants/children/adolescents and their parents, K-12 students and their teachers, university students, adult patients and their healthcare providers) in direct care or academic roles. Becky has a prolific research background in factors that ease human suffering and support sustainable human progress, and she is passionate about applying and further developing this knowledge at ILS as a person first, professional second.

In her free time, Becky enjoys “hobby hopping” – whether diving into a book or skydiving, attending a silent retreat or attending live music events, exploring different craft projects or exploring nature.

Mario Rodriguez, M.S.

Independent Contractor – Leadership Consultant

Mario holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. His Bachelor’s Degree is in Psychology from St. Cloud State University. His career in business psychology has spanned across industries, where he has worked with executive leaders down to frontline leadership to improve the organizational health of the workplace. Moreover, his life’s work is to develop and transform organizations and leaders.

He resides in Minnesota with his wife and 4 children. Mario exhibits an open and genuine personality, analytical mind, and drive for lifelong learning. His love outside of work is spending time with his family and energetic chocolate lab, serving in his church, running, and of course, watching the Minnesota Vikings. In addition, he has a passion for bowling and has even bowled a couple perfect 300 games!

Meg McKeen

Independent Contractor – Leadership Consultant

Celebrating her 23rd year in the industry, Meg McKeen founded Adjunct Advisors LLC in 2018. Meg now holds space, at the crossroads of personal and professional development, for individuals as they grow their sales and leadership acumen through private coaching, consulting engagements, and the podcast she hosts, Bound & Determined℠.

A graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, with roots in Chicago, Meg is currently a digital nomad, in the midst of a thoughtful travel adventure. When she’s not helping business professionals, you can find Meg putting the “practice” into yoga practice, searching for the best vegan burger, or cheering on her favorite independent musicians.

Kim Radison

Independent Contractor – Leadership Consultant

For more than a decade, business consultant Kim Radison, founder of KKR Consult, has been assisting organizations of varying size and industry in creating a culture that supports their mission and vision. Kim’s key areas of focus include strategic planning, executive coaching, coaching for improvement, 360 employee evaluations, and workshops on various leadership topics.

Kim holds a business degree, with specializations in human resources management and industrial and labor relations. In addition to an extensive background in managing human resources departments, Kim has achieved certifications including SPHR and SHRM-SCP.

Kim is vested in her community, serving on local school and community boards. She also provides facilitation expertise to Leadership Seneca County, her community’s county leadership organization. She and her husband, Brad, are raising their five young children in Northwest Ohio.

Anne Duvaux

Independent Contractor – Leadership Consultant

After completing her Masters in Engineering at Oxford University, Anne spent the first half of her career working as an engineer at Ford Motor Company. Although, it was an organizational psychology paper during her MBA at London Business School that made Anne realize her true calling was people. The next 15 years saw her in various HR leadership positions in Europe and APAC where she also completed her psychology diploma, neuroscience coaching, mindfulness and psychometric certificates.

Today, she’s transitioned to a full-time coach who specializes in adult development and the Leadership Maturity Framework. Alongside that, she volunteers for an animal shelter and is a certified junior vet nurse. Her passions are nature, animals and people and seeking ways for all to live more harmoniously while staying fulfilled and content.
