Mario Rodriguez, M.S.

Independent Contractor – Leadership Consultant

Mario holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. His Bachelor’s Degree is in Psychology from St. Cloud State University. His career in business psychology has spanned across industries, where he has worked with executive leaders down to frontline leadership to improve the organizational health of the workplace. Moreover, his life’s work is to develop and transform organizations and leaders.

He resides in Minnesota with his wife and 4 children. Mario exhibits an open and genuine personality, analytical mind, and drive for lifelong learning. His love outside of work is spending time with his family and energetic chocolate lab, serving in his church, running, and of course, watching the Minnesota Vikings. In addition, he has a passion for bowling and has even bowled a couple perfect 300 games!

Stephanie Henderson

Independent Contractor – Leadership Consultant

With a passion for helping leaders define and refine their voices, Stephanie has been a coach for over 25 years both as an internal contributor and coach. This mix of experiences provides a unique perspective that integrates individual value and contribution with organizational needs. Seeking to understand how organizations and the people that inhabit them can not only be effective together, but thrive, Stephanie holds an undergraduate degree is in Organizational Communications, and an M.S. in Organization and Management specializing in Human Resources and is trained as a master coach.

Co-author of a book on leader transitions, Stephanie is a student of leadership, always observing and seeking to understand what works, what doesn’t, and why in all settings. In addition to digging in the dirt to grow flowers and ferns, she enjoys adventures wherever she finds them with family and friends.

Kim Radison

Independent Contractor – Leadership Consultant

For more than a decade, business consultant Kim Radison, founder of KKR Consult, has been assisting organizations of varying size and industry in creating a culture that supports their mission and vision. Kim’s key areas of focus include strategic planning, executive coaching, coaching for improvement, 360 employee evaluations, and workshops on various leadership topics.

Kim holds a business degree, with specializations in human resources management and industrial and labor relations. In addition to an extensive background in managing human resources departments, Kim has achieved certifications including SPHR and SHRM-SCP.

Kim is vested in her community, serving on local school and community boards. She also provides facilitation expertise to Leadership Seneca County, her community’s county leadership organization. She and her husband, Brad, are raising their five young children in Northwest Ohio.

Katherine Sprague, Psy.D.

Independent Contractor – Leadership Consultant

Katie graduated from Denison University with a B. A. in Psychology in 2001.  As a senior captain, she helped lead the Denison Women’s Swimming and Diving Team to their first National Title.  In August of 2008, Katie received her Psy. D. in Clinical Psychology from the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.  During her doctoral training, she provided individual counseling to a number of clients suffering with a variety of mental health issues and completed a concentration in organizational psychology, which has helped to prepare her for working with businesses throughout her career.

In addition, she expects to complete a master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership from Widener University within the year.  This degree has furthered her knowledge of the business arena and will help her to work more effectively in meeting the needs of corporate clients.

Sandra Miller

Independent Contractor – Leadership Consultant

Sandra brings an extensive professional and educational background to her executive coaching. After receiving an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Human Development and Social Policy, she continued her education at Ohio State, eventually obtaining both a Master of Health Administration (MHA) and a Master of Public Health (MPH). Originally working as a patient satisfaction consultant for some of the leading healthcare systems in the country, Sandra has branched out into a variety of industries including dental practice management, non-profit work, leadership workshops, and one-on-one coaching, Most recently, Sandra was working for Ohio State on a COVID-19 project team, graduate teaching assistant and taking doctoral level classes in leadership and public health during the pandemic. Sandra has since returned to the consulting world to continue following her passion to assist individuals and organizations with various leadership challenges.

Sandra is a native of Columbus, Ohio and was fortunate enough to live and travel the country before eventually settling down in Texas to raise her family. Mother to three grown children and a beautiful granddaughter, Sandra now again calls Columbus home. Any type of outdoor exercise is always top on her list of things to do. Her hobbies include hiking, baking, and striving to visit all of the National Parks.
