If you are having trouble selling, it may be because you need to change the way you think about the sales process. This is not a workshop for used car salesmen. This workshop is designed for professional salespeople who wish to create long-lasting relationships with their clients. Sales of this nature may take up to a year to close, but the return on investment can be enormous. In this workshop you will learn how to gain an understanding of different personalities. You will then learn what motivates each personality type to buy. Finally, you will learn to change the way you think about sales so that, in the end, your client buys from you because they feel that you genuinely care about them, because you do!

This workshop will enable you to:
  • Gain an understanding of the nature of relationship selling.
  • Learn about your personality type, along with your strengths and weaknesses and how you get along with other personalities.
  • Discover what motivates different personalities to make the decision to buy.
  • Reframe the way you think about selling to increase your comfort, develop more patience, and leverage your skills at relationship building to close more sales.
  • Do activities to practice your new skills and receive feedback from other workshop participants.
