Dr. Anderson received his Bachelor of Science in agriculture from The Ohio State University in 1980. From 1980 until 1994 he held several management positions in the agriculture and retail industries. During this time, he obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. In 1999 he obtained a Ph.D. in psychology at The Ohio State University.
After graduating he worked as a counselor and sport psychologist at Denison University. Since 2001 he has run his company, Integrated Leadership Systems, which does leadership training, executive coaching and consulting and employs four consultants, as well as an operations director. ILS is based in Columbus, Ohio and provides services for hundreds of companies all over North America. ILS has done consulting for many nationally recognized companies including Honda, Nationwide, Ohio State University, OhioHealth, Elmer’s Products, Kokosing Construction and Worthington Industries. He also holds leadership positions in Boy Scouts of America, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Ohio and Toastmasters International. Dr. Anderson is the author of four books about leadership.
M.J. has worked in the communications field for more than 20 years. She has a master’s degree in organizational communication from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Ohio University.
M.J. has been an executive coach to several business owners and upper level managers, as well as individuals who seek coaching to help them succeed professionally and personally. She has conducted leadership and team building training for leaders at corporations, law firms, CPA conferences, the Columbus Bar Association, eWomenNetwork, and non-profit organizations, among others. She is also a guest columnist on leadership topics for Columbus Business First. Through leadership and communication training and one-on-one executive coaching, M.J. helps clients become more self-aware so they can achieve their dreams.
Katie graduated from Denison University with a B. A. in Psychology in 2001. As a senior captain, she helped lead the Denison Women’s Swimming and Diving Team to their first National Title. In August of 2008, Katie received her Psy. D. in Clinical Psychology from the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.
During her doctoral training, she provided individual counseling to a number of clients suffering with a variety of mental health issues and completed a concentration in organizational psychology, which has helped to prepare her for working with businesses throughout her career. In addition, she expects to complete a master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership from Widener University within the year. This degree has furthered her knowledge of the business arena and will help her to work more effectively in meeting the needs of corporate clients.
Nancy is a nationally-known executive coach and leadership consultant with over 20 years successful experience in business and association management. She is engaged by leaders who want to realize their potential faster and more strategically, and grow their organizations with less stress and more passion.
Nancy is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Coach University, is a certified association executive, and is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is a past president of the Central Ohio Chapter of the ICF, the Ohio Society of Association Executives, and the American Society of Constituent Dental Executives. She provides assessment and executive coaching to major corporations, small businesses, and professional associations including the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission, the National Golf Course Owners Association, the National Ground Water Association, several dental practices, and retirement centers.
Kim is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in Business Administration, including specializations in Human Resource Management and Industrial and Labor Relations. She has previously served as the Human Resources Manager for a healthcare based corporation of 300 plus employees, responsible for all areas of human resources including hiring, training, employee counseling, and benefits administration. Kim is excited to apply her human resources background to help clients learn, grow, and advance in their lives.
Kim is also a certified Dream Manager, helping employees become the best-version-of-themselves through the achievement of personal and professional dreams. Kim is committed to her community by holding officer positions in her local human resource management chapter and serving as a member of the YMCA Board of Trustees at the Tiffin Community YMCA.
Char is the Operations Director for ILS. She worked in retail and office management for 20 years in western Canada and Montana before moving to Columbus in 1997. She graduated from DeVry University with a B.A. in Business/Information Systems in 2003.
Char worked in IS support, network administration and systems analysis for 7 years before joining ILS in August of 2005. She has worked in sales, retail and office management and computer software training for several companies over the years. She is working with her husband, Steve, as Operations Director, website and newsletter designer and administrator as well as in marketing and public relations. It is a thrill to be working with her husband and his wonderful clients.
